The device is a podiatry milling machine from the renowned German company PROMED. Model 4040 with a dust absorber - suitable for both manicure and pedicure.

Dust collector

The milling machine has a dust absorber, perfect for people sensitive to dust contamination. The milling machine absorbs dust directly from the cutter's work zone, sucks and filters the filings, which significantly increases work hygiene.

LCD display

Colorful touchscreen liquid crystal display showing operating parameters with bag replacement signaling. It is very easy to use. The display is 4.3 inches.

  • APE - automatic power electronic - high power at low speeds

3 memories

The PROMED milling machine has 3 memories (M1, M2, M3) for practical remembering three selected milling machine settings.

Head

The milling machine is equipped with a very modern head with an engine made using multi-bearing technology, which ensures quiet operation without unnecessary vibrations (German production). The head is smoothly adjustable up to 40,000 rpm. For even greater user convenience, the direction of rotation (left/right) is changed using the same knob as the speed control.

The solid handle of the milling machine will ensure many years of work at the highest level - the handle is one of the lightest on the market - only 95 g - after many hours of pedicure work, every few grams causes faster wrist fatigue.

Handle with easy cleaning system - without any tools or additional training, you can easily disassemble the handle and periodically clean it from dust - this way you will save money on servicing, and the milling machine will work much longer without failure, additionally in the new version 4030 SX2 handle with a handy switch to turn the work on and off.
