EXO PODO LINE milling machine has been designed and built in accordance with the Medical Equipment Directive 93/42 / EEC, and the modifications made to it guarantee quality and safety. < / p>
Dust collector
All the dust that is collected during operation is sucked into the suction turbine, i.e. the absorber. Thanks to this, a person who performs many treatments a day does not inhale all the abrasive material. This primarily protects your lungs. Working with a milling machine with an absorber has one more advantage, that is, dust does not circulate around the room where the treatment is performed. As a result, it does not settle on furniture and objects, and bacteria and viruses inhabiting the epidermis and nails do not multiply there.
LCD display
An indispensable advantage of the device is the electronic display that allows you to control the intensity of the treatment and the extraordinary power of the 300 W suction turbine. The milling machine has a filter filling counter. The device is very easy to use.
Head
The milling machine is equipped with a very modern head with a motor made in multi-bearing technology, which ensures quiet operation, without unnecessary vibrations. The head has a smooth adjustment up to 30,000 rpm. For even greater convenience of the user, the change of the direction of rotation (left / right) is done with the same knob as the rotation control.
A solid milling handle will ensure many years of work at the highest level - the handle is one of the lightest on the market - only 95g - with many hours of pedicure work, every few grams will result in faster wrist fatigue.
A handle with an easy cleaning system - no tools and no additional training you can easily disassemble the handle and perform periodic dust cleaning - this way you will save money on servicing and the milling machine will work much longer without crashing.
