Professional pedicure cutter
EXO SUPERnova milling machine EXO is a new brand on the market that provides the highest quality products for the cosmetology and podiatry industry. It is characterized by exceptional care for its products and consistent attention to customer needs. It was designed and built in accordance with Directive 93/42/EEC concerning medical equipment, and the modifications made to it guarantee quality and safety.
Dust collector
All the dust that is obtained during operation is sucked into the suction turbine, i.e. the absorber. Thanks to this, a person who performs many treatments a day does not inhale all the abraded material. It mainly protects your lungs. Working with a milling machine with an absorber has another advantage, namely the dust does not circulate around the room where the treatment is performed. Thanks to this, it does not settle on furniture and objects, and bacteria and viruses inhabiting the epidermis and nails do not multiply there.
LCD display
An indispensable advantage of the device is the electronic display that allows you to control the intensity of the treatment and the extraordinary power of the 300 W suction turbine. The milling machine has a filter filling counter. The device is very easy to use.
Head
The milling machine is equipped with a very modern head with a motor made in multi-bearing technology, which ensures quiet operation, without unnecessary vibrations. The head has a smooth adjustment up to 30,000 rpm. For even greater user convenience, the direction of rotation (left/right) can be changed using the same knob as the rotation control.
The solid handle of the milling machine will ensure many years of work at the highest level - the handle is one of the lightest on the market - only 95g - with many hours of pedicure work, every few grams causes faster wrist fatigue.
Handle with easy cleaning system - without any tools and additional training, you can easily disassemble the handle and periodically clean it from dust - this way you will save money on servicing and the milling machine will work much longer without crashing.

Security
When choosing a milling machine intended for pedicure treatments, it is worth choosing the one with an absorber. Thanks to this, a person performing many procedures a day will not inhale the abraded material and will protect his lungs. In turn, the dust that forms will not circulate around the room, where it sticks to objects, furniture and walls, creating an environment for the reproduction of bacteria and viruses inhabiting the epidermis and nails. There is an antibacterial filter inside, which should be replaced when full to ensure the full life of the device. The store's offer includes replaceable filters.
