Enbio autoclaves are high-quality sterilizing devices based on hot steam under high pressure. The sterilized tools provide full protection against all kinds of viral, fungal and bacterial infections. The autoclave is an indispensable element of the equipment of every cosmetology office, it will also work well in medicine, dentistry, podiatry, in hairdressing salons and in tattoo parlors.
Enbio Pro enables comfortable work near the device, emits noise at the level of only 32dB, which is practically inaudible to the human ear. The quiet operation of the device improves the comfort of work and allows the autoclave to be used even in the same room where clients or patients are served.
The Enbio Pro chamber has a capacity of 5.3 liters, it houses the most popular implant cassettes - it meets all the requirements for every dentist and implantologist. During sterilization, it holds twice as many packets as Enbio S (16 full packets), which can be sterilized in bulk or in packets. This autoclave will work in larger beauty salons, dental and medical practices.
Enbio Pro is the fastest in its class - its FAST process takes only 10 minutes and the tools are ready and ensure the safety of your customers during further use. Two other 18-minute and 31-minute programs are also available in the Enbio Pro autoclave. Each of them is designed for a different type of instrument, but in each case the sterilization time is not long, which allows for ongoing sterilization, which at the same time does not prevent the reception of new customers. In combination with fast sterilization time allows to sterilize even 120-180 instruments per hour.
Only distilled water is required to operate the device, which translates into revolutionary low operating costs. The operating element is also a HEPA filter - one is enough for 1000 device cycles.
The touch interface ensures easy operation of the device by selecting the operating mode and sterilization parameters. From the display level, there is also access to information on the number of cycles and the status of the USB drive memory, as well as indications on the need to replace the HEPA filter
Enbio autoclaves are equipped with a rich system of reporting work cycles and saving them on a USB flash drive attached to the device. Reports can then be viewed in an extremely easy way on a computer, so there is no need to use dedicated printers for reporting.
Unlike the Enbio S - the Pro model holds up to 16 packages of wrapped tools. The volume of the working chamber is 5.3 liters, so it can accommodate all popular implant cassettes. It is possible to sterilize temperature-sensitive tools and equipment with rubber elements.
The use of precise Swiss technology ensures trouble-free operation with the device in continuous mode, thanks to which you will always be able to ensure the highest level of safety for yourself and your customers.
ENBIO sterilizers perform sterilization processes in class B and class S, they are small-sized steam sterilizers class B in accordance with EN 13060, classified as a class IIb medical device, in accordance with Annex IX of Directive 93/42 / EEC on medical devices and the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 5 November 2010 on the method of classifying medical devices.
According to the classification of standard 13060, ENBIO devices can sterilize medical devices : solid loads, small porous items, small porous loads, full porous loads, simple hollow items, narrow lumen items, packaging multiple, which can be unpackaged or wrapped (single and multi-layer). The sterilizers have a medical device certificate, meet 100% sanepid requirements and provide a guarantee of safety and protection against any infections.
Process 134 FAST is dedicated to solid, non-porous instruments, simple instruments and dental tools (e.g. scissors, handles, pliers, chisels, probes, etc.) only unwrapped, not textile.
The ENBIO S and ENBIO PRO devices can be used in primary health care practices, in dental practices, and in treatment rooms. The sterilizer is designed to work in the vicinity of other electrical medical devices.
